Dispute Resolution

We are very proud of our service, and the Service Promise we have in place is to ensure that it always exceeds standards and expectations. In the event that you are still not satisfied with the resolution being offered by the dedicated Customer Care Consultant, you may refer your complaint to an External Dispute Resolution (EDR) provider.

Our Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) approved External Dispute Resolution (EDR) provider is the NSW Government – Fair Trading. It provides you with a free and impartial dispute resolution service as an alternative to legal proceedings for resolving complaints with your financial services and product providers.
